CFO | High-Growth DeepTech (Renewable Energy)

The Mission
Our client is a pioneering DeepTech scale-up transitioning from R&D to global commercialization. They are developing next-generation technology to capture wind energy, providing clean, mobile power to the world. We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to build the financial engine that will power their 10x–100x growth trajectory.
The Mandate
As a key member of the executive team, you will balance a "hands-on" startup approach with world-class financial rigor. Your focus will be:
- Capital Strategy: Lead the end-to-end process for upcoming Series A and B rounds (VC, PE, Debt) and manage high-level investor relations.
- Scale-Up Architecture: Build the finance function from scratch, including team recruitment, ERP implementation, and robust governance frameworks.
- Operational Rigor: Oversee complex R&D budgets, maximize French tax credits (CIR/CII), and manage CAPEX/supply chain financing for a hardware-intensive business.
The Ideal Profile
- The Foundation: Rock-solid accounting/audit background (Big 4 or equivalent). You believe creativity requires discipline.
- The Fundraiser: Proven track record navigating Series A/B rounds with a talent for crafting compelling financial narratives for VCs.
- The Entrepreneur: Agility is your default. You are comfortable with the ambiguity of DeepTech and ready to "roll up your sleeves."
- Sector Context: Experience in hardware, manufacturing, or energy is highly preferred.
- Linguistic Fluency: Must be fluent in both French and English to navigate the local ecosystem and global investor base.
