Job Description
Metroscope is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing sales processes, and supporting revenue growth through operational excellence. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and insights to succeed.
This is a hybrid role, combining sales operations (80%) with sales exposure (20%), designed to lay the foundation for a future transition into a full sales position.

Missions
Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Analytics Enhancement
- Own and improve sales performance reporting, pipeline analysis, and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and governance in CRM and other sales tools.
2. Sales Process & Efficiency
- Refine and standardize sales processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve sales cycle velocity.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Drive CRM optimization, automation, and adoption across the sales team.
- Implement best practices for lead management, deal qualification, and sales enablement.
3. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on industry trends, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support sales enablement with playbooks, training, and competitive battle cards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives
- Act as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment.
- Partner with Finance and Leadership on incentive structures, quotas, and revenue planning.
- Identify and implement new sales tools and technologies to support growth.
Expected profile
Requirements
π Experience:
βοΈ 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Support, or a related field.
βοΈ Strong understanding of sales data and performance analysis.
βοΈ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
βοΈ Exposure to business development is beneficial.

- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Bac+5 (Masterβs Degree) in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
π Travel:
- Occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal team gatherings.
