Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Coordinator to collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, experience in contract management and review, strong Salesforce reporting and semi-administrative experience, and strong data analysis skills. This is a new role in the organization and we’re looking for someone who will lead the effort on improving current processes and implement new processes to drive efficiency.
As a Deals Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in structuring profitable and compliant transactions that meet the Tango standard while enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual who excels in problem-solving and critical analysis, with a strong focus on process review and continuous improvement.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will support the sales organization to help facilitate deal closures and work with other department such as Account and Finance. You will also be responsible for generating acceptable documents for deal closures, ensuring that all required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and clearly documented. You will evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for improvement, ensuring that all transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines. Excellent communication skills are needed, as you will communicate with cross-functional partners to deliver on-time results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Finance/Accounting on Order Management/Packaging:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g Sales Managers up to CRO, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance, Product, etc.)to ensure deals comply with accounting requirements and other internal processes/guidance
- Align with Finance/Accounting on:
- Account status and names.
- Customer Total Contract Value (TCV).
- Asset tracking.
- Other metrics as needed
- Oversee bookings reporting, including:
- Monthly reviews of new deals, renewals (uplifts and down sells), and assisting with reports for leadership and board needs.
- Conduct monthly commission reviews by verifying won deals and applicable commissions with the Accounting and Finance team.
- Proposal and Pricing Review:
- Maintain and update pricing templates and order forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate new proposals and sales contracts on behalf of the sales team.
- Ensure proposals sent to prospects/customers use the latest templates.
- Review proposals for alignment with pricing guidelines, formatting, dates, and other potential errors.
- Review all non-standard pricing requests
- Manage all pricing approval processes and documentation.
- Deal Closing Processes Management
- Complete all closing requirements for new deals, customer expansions, and renewals in Salesforce
- Communicate all relevant deal information with Accounting and Finance teams
- Maintain current processes and complete regular analysis of processes for areas of improvement/increase efficiency
- Salesforce Price Book and Product Management:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce Price Books and Products records
- Ensure all Opportunities in Salesforce utilize the correct Price Books and Products.
- Salesforce Integrations and Tools Management:
- Support and manage Salesforce integrations, including expanding integrations to Sage and Customer Success (CS) systems.
- FUTURE STATE: Oversee Quote tools such as DealHub/CPQ, including:
- Implementation and team training.
- Tool maintenance, including updates to products, pricing, and user hierarchies.
- Data Management and Analysis / Process Management

- Work with Sales Operation Leader to analyze renewal rates, uplifts, and upsell trends across the customer base.
- Manage account details and maintenance in system of record, including contracts and assets.
- Process Management and Improvement
- Initiate, lead, and participate in projects focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales cycle as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, sales, and/or finance role.
- Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units.
- Experience with contract management and review processes.
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Salesforce.com and MS Excel are highly recommended.
- Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to support team members in Europe

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
