What You'll Do
o Lead and oversee the operations team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
o Manage end-to-end business operations, optimizing workflows while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.
o Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, legal, and client teams to align business objectives.
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
o Establish and monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
o Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards within the ODR ecosystem.
o Streamline processes to enhance process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
o Act as a liaison between enterprise stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of business strategies.
o Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions to drive innovation and process excellence.
Skills/Qualifications
o Candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
o Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to ODR or dispute resolution.
o Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
o Strong understanding of SOPs, workflow automation, and operational efficiency strategies.
o Proficient in software (like MS Office, G Workspace).
o Excellent written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
o Enterprising, resilient, perseverant and ‘never give up’ attitude.
o Going beyond the call of duty, willingness to learn and take initiative.
o Passion to work with people for the people.
