Operations & Business Manager
Location: Vasterior Office (On-Site, Full-Time)
Compensation: Fixed Salary
Role Overview:
As Operations & Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind Vasterior’s business efficiency, strategic growth, and day-to-day operations. Acting as the right hand to the founder, you will manage communication, workflows, CRM, and financial oversight while optimizing business processes for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Business & Operational Strategy
- Develop and refine workflows, SOPs, and internal processes to enhance business performance.
- Analyze social media, surveys, and client feedback data to improve day-to-day operations.
- Manage CRM tools, documentation, and reporting formats to ensure efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation, helping Vasterior meet its goals.
✅ Communication & Client Engagement
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, updates, and project tracking.
- Represent Vasterior professionally in all business interactions.
✅ Financial & Budget Management
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and oversee financial documentation.
- Work closely with the accounting team for invoicing and financial planning.
- Develop strategies to maximize long-term profitability.
✅ Project Planning & Scheduling
- Create and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task priorities.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.
✅ Team Training & Leadership
- Implement training programs to foster a client-centric and efficiency-driven team.
- Oversee team development and ensure they align with Vasterior’s vision and values.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business operations, project management, or workflow optimization.
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or luxury brands is a plus.
