We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Operations - Team Lead to join our team. This crucial role will be at the forefront of optimizing our operational processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. As our Business Operations- Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence of TheraYog, directly contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional wellness solutions to our customers. Your expertise will drive the streamlining of our digital product delivery, ensure seamless customer experiences, and support the company's growth through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
● Customer Escalation Management: Lead the resolution of complex customer issues related to digital product delivery across various communication channels. Develop and implement strategies to reduce escalations and improve first-contact resolution rates.
● Database Management: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accuracy of operational databases. Ensure data accessibility and integrity for all relevant stakeholders while maintaining security protocols.
● Transactional Process Optimization: Manage and continually improve transaction processes for purchasing digital products and services. Implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
● Strategic Process Improvement: Conduct regular assessments of operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives for continuous process improvement. Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign projects to achieve operational excellence.
● Vendor and Partner Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with agreements. Negotiate contracts, track renewals, and optimize partnerships to align with TheraYog's strategic goals.
● Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with the data analytics team to derive actionable insights from operational data. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
● Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the organization. Develop and maintain risk management protocols and business continuity plans.
● Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing operational team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the department.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field;
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or operations, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment.
● Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
● Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, LMS, HMS, and data analysis tools.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
● Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean management principles, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
