We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive the financial strategy, planning, and compliance for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in financial leadership within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure financial sustainability and growth through effective financial planning and risk management.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare financial projections, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions and improve profitability.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Oversee MIS Reporting, Accounts Finalization, Costing, and Auditing.
- Manage statutory compliance, fund flow, and working capital management.
ERP & Accounting Systems
- Expertise in ERP, Tally, and other accounting software for financial operations.
Banking & Fund Management
- Manage relationships with banks financial institutions, and investors.
- Optimize cash flow and investment strategies.
