NMcK & Co. is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly team. We are renowned for delivering high-quality performance flooring solutions to a national customer base, across multiple business segments within the Health & Fitness industry, including Private and Public Health Club and Leisure Centres, Colleges and Universities, shared Residential developments and Private homes.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum/pro rata (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Sales & Operations Administrator, you will be an integral part of our sales and operations team, ensuring smooth workflow across various administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including enquiry management, order processing, material planning, and general office administrative duties
- Managing delivery and installation schedules, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries, and maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and the internal team
- Overseeing supply chain management, ensuring timely order placements and deliveries
- Updating the internal CRM system to log order, customer, and project information
- Answering phone calls and returning messages promptly
- Supporting finance-related tasks (desirable, but not essential)
- Supporting with warehouse-related tasks (desirable, but not essential)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in the Health & Fitness industry is preferable but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop technical knowledge of our products.
