Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Quote-to Cash (Q2C) processes and BigMachines CPQ? We are seeking a CPQ Developer to support and enhance our CRM and CPQ systems across multiple business functions, including Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex CPQ configurations, integrations, and automation, enabling a seamless sales process across global operations. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product) to define CPQ and CRM enhancements.Design, configure, and implement CPQ solutions in BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) to optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflowsDevelop and document technical designs, implementation plans, and automation solutions for CPQEnhance commerce pricing & approval functions to meet evolving global business needsEnsure seamless CPQ integration with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP systems.Monitor, test, and validate system changes before deployment to production.Stay up-to-date with CRM/CPQ technology trends, recommending best practices for system improvements.Upgrade CPQ versions to align with business requirements.Design intuitive UI/UX for a seamless CPQ experience.Ensure data integrity protocols are in place to maintain high data quality.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field5-7 years of experience with CRM and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes 3+ years of experience with cloud applications✅ 5+ years of Java & scripting languages experience (BML (BigMachines) experience preferreStrong expertise in Salesforce CRM and BigMachines (Oracle CPQ)✅ Hands-on experience with sandbox & production development in Salesforce and related applications✅ Experience integrating CPQ with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERPKnowledge of WebService SOAP calls in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines)9; Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall software development methodologies✅ Proven track record in managing complex system projects Preferred Experience:Experience with Oracle EBS, Siebel, SalesLogix, Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), Eloqua, Xactly Incent, Calidus, or VaricenCertifications in Salesforce, BigMachines, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis
