Job Title: Oracle CPQ Developer
Duration: 12 Months with Possible extension

Job Description
Developer will join the Global SFDC/CRM/CPQ Team as an individual contributor to support the CRM applications for the Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance business functions. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the Quote to Cash process with advance experience in complex projects and configurations, scripting languages, and is able to work independently once provided direction and objectives. This role will be working with the Business users and IT team members to configure, design, and deliver solutions that enable sales automated processes and support the execution of Customer Relationship Management strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Works closely with various business functions (Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, Finance) to understand maintenance, enhancements, project requirements, and capabilities.
- Documents implementation plans, technical designs, and solutions.
- Identifies and evaluates best practices for tools and makes recommendations to management for improvements.
- Stays updated on trends in technology to support CRM, including new enhancements and capabilities.
- Designs and develops configurations and custom applications in a sandbox environment.
- Enhances commerce pricing/approval functions to support an evolving global business.
- Builds reporting metrics.
- Designs, implements, and supports document output from CPQ to meet business and legal rules.
- Supports and enhances CPQ integration with SFDC CRM and Oracle ERP.
- Tests and validates functionality and integrity of changes before moving to production.
- Ensures systems work optimally together in a seamless fashion.
- Keeps CPQ version upgraded to the most appropriate version.
- Incorporates industry standard user interface design that is intuitive and easy to use.
- Designs data integrity protocols to prevent errors and ensure data quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in healthcare, business, computer science, education, or other relevant fields.
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of cloud application experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Java and other scripting language experience (BML experience desirable).
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of CRM and Q2C process.
- Detailed understanding of Salesforce.com CRM and other cloud applications (e.g., BigMachines).
- Experience with production and sandbox design and development.
- Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce.com AppExchange applications.
- Experience working functionally across the organization to ensure global alignment on changes in Salesforce and supporting systems.
- Understanding of system infrastructure and master data models.
- Experience migrating design and data elements from sandbox to production.
- Experience implementing WebService SOAP calls in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) to address unique or complex requirements.
- Experience leading complex systems projects and project teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Salesforce.com, BigMachines is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Siebel, SalesLogix, Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), Eloqua, Xactly Incent, Calidus, or Varicent is a plus.
