We are urgently looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Description:
- Develop and implement financial control systems for factory operations, cost tracking, and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate data reporting and real-time financial monitoring through ERP/accounting software.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
- Standardize financial documentation and maintain strict internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries.
- Expertise in cost accounting, factory finance, ERP implementation, and data reporting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system implementation skills.
