WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Sales Operations & Business Analyst (m/f/d) at our München-Unterhaching location who has the opportunity to take off with us in a dynamic, constantly evolving market and make a significant contribution to realizing our corporate goals.
As our new Sales Operations & Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the sales team in driving revenue growth by supporting with business data quality, analysis and prospecting for new leads. In this position you will contribute to the end-to-end management and administration of the sales operation function.
- Sales Team Support: Assist effectively the Sales Team Lead and Off-line Marketing with business tasks, event and project coordination, and strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and achieve planned business goals.
- Data Quality Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and transactions are recorded. Coordinate the systems data for planned changes and collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure seamless implementation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to support strategic decision-making. Utilize Excel and other tools (PowerBI) to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Market Potential Analysis: Assess market potential and recommend new business opportunities based on data-driven insights. Recommend new events such as tailored promo offers, vouchers, local meetings, conferences and workshops.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects; engage with customers and clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, provide new events and product information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services to existing customers, identifying their business trends and potential in increasing revenue; work closely with Area Sales Representatives & support them to streamline the business effort across Germany regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, Customer Service, Marketing and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, customer service, marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel. Experience of PowerBI is welcomed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- You are consistent and reliable in recording details in different systems and following standardized procedures. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in German and fluent in English.
