Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Lead with 12+ years of experience in testing cloud applications.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in at
least two of the following cloud platforms:
- Salesforce
- Oracle CPQ
- Oracle Cloud ERP
- ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud and Oracle Cloud Integration.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP system functions and processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce for customer management and ticket/case processing.
- Ability to identify testing gaps, create, and update test cases and test cycles.
- Proficient in test execution, results documentation, and testing methodologies such as SIT, E2E, and UAT.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (preferably JIRA/Zephyr).
- Experience collaborating with business leads and QA leadership to ensure test coverage.
- Proactively communicate issues from test cycles to mitigate risks early.
- Strong ability to explain end-to-end workflows linking various applications and modules.
- Confident in discussing customer business processes and project scope.
- Self-assessment rating of at least 4/5 on applications worked on.
- Open to learning and working with additional applications/modules beyond primary expertise.
