Job Responsibilities

E-Referral Portal Management

Master e-referral portals to streamline and enhance referral management.
Perform quarterly audits to track trends in referral activity.
Make recommendations for portal and process optimization.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure listing accuracy and brand presence.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track key sales KPIs to measure performance.
Analyze referral and conversion trends to identify improvement areas.
Ensure proper tools and resources are in place to manage processes efficiently and meet sales goals.

CRM & Sales Resources Management

Oversee HCHB/RSL management for accurate data tracking.
Maintain employee/territory data and streamline processes.
Collaborate on the development of new sales resources.

General Sales Support

Assist in coordinating and tracking incentive and recognition programs.
Organize and maintain process documentation and sales resources.
Contribute to special projects as needed to support the sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
2-5 years of experience in a related field (financial and/or technical expertise is a plus).
HCHB experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive process improvements.
