What Makes You Special
- 2+ Years’ Experience. You’ve worked in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or similar roles supporting go-to-market teams in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Embedded Partner. You work hand-in-hand with GTM teams to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that make their work easier and more impactful.
- Deep GTM Understanding. You know how high-performing GTM teams operate and can spot friction across the funnel. You’ve automated processes such as lead routing, scoring, handoffs, onboarding, renewals, quoting approvals.
- Quote-to-Cash Optimization. You’ve supported quoting and billing workflows, integrated systems like Chargebee, PandaDoc or CPQ tools, and automated approvals, provisioning, and renewals.
- Systems Ownership. You’ve administered CRM and GTM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Gong, Zendesk), owning integrations, maintaining clean data, and building scalable workflows that keep teams running smoothly.
- Automation Expertise. You’ve worked with tools like HubSpot Workflows, Clay, Zapier, and Make. You’re comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms to orchestrate end-to-end processes.
- Impact-Driven. You measure your success by the outcomes: more qualified leads, faster response times, higher conversion rates, smoother handoffs, and more time for GTM teams to focus on what matters.
