Are you an accomplished Revenue Operations professional with a passion for optimising CRM systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment? Barrington James is recruiting for a key role at a leading global organisation in the drug discovery and clinical research space.
This full-time, hybrid role is based in Nottingham and offers the chance to drive CRM excellence across our commercial services team. You will work closely with colleagues in Europe and North America to manage and enhance our ERP-integrated CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and building stronger customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising CRM functionality within our ERP system to support robust customer engagement.
- Leading a small, dynamic team, and collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Analysing sales and revenue data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive effective CRM strategies.
- Overseeing the creation of regular reports and insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Implementing process improvements and automating routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience working with customer databases and CRM systems; direct experience with NetSuite Oracle is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or similar BI tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
