The Opportunity:
Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) UK has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Practice and support our growing sales pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our business-to-business sales processes.
Working with our world class Risk Engineers and Consultants, and our business development and marketing teams you will make a difference by demonstrating ZRS’ capability and expertise in the market to win business.
You will coordinate and assist with a wide range of sales and marketing activity. You will have excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and to develop written copy that resonates with our customers and prospects across the full range of our marketing and sales collateral such as proposals, presentations, social media, articles, and fact sheets.
This exciting role will allow you to support the full range of sales and marketing activity across ZRS and make a difference to our growing sales pipeline.

What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather accurate answers in our responses to Request for Proposal (RFPs)
- Ensure accurate submissions to RFPs, sometimes within tight timescales
- Review and edit RFP responses for clarity and consistency
- Assist in the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns such as events, social media and email nurturing
- Write, edit and review written copy for sales collateral to ensure maximum impact
- Manage the storage of sales and marketing collateral to ensure easy access for customer facing teams
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities across the marketing and sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of activity in our CRM tool
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing reports for management
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a sales or marketing operations role
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues
- Excellent written communications skills to create copy that has an impact
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, while working to tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within ZRS and other business functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience of using CRM software
