Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the central link between our Sales and Administrative teams, ensuring seamless communication and process adherence for all sales-related activities. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with established procedures, and supporting both teams to optimize overall performance.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Administrative teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to sales-related processes and policies among administrators.
- Identify and address process gaps, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to admins on sales procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Track and report on process compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement Manager to refine workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support sales teams by ensuring admin-related tasks, approvals, and documentation are completed correctly and on time.
- Willing to assist with administrative tasks as needed to support overall sales operations.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to enforce policies diplomatically while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience with Jira for task management and workflow tracking.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative and solutions-oriented thinker who proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes - Competitive Base Salary Range of $45,600-$70,400 . Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience.
