The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is a strategic executive who plays a pivotal role in achieving the company's revenue targets through the pursuit of new business objectives. As the CSO, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's overarching growth targets and drives revenue. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan, in alignment with the company's overall growth targets, to drive new business objectives and revenue growth

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning ensuring that each team member is equipped to achieve their individual goals and contribute to the team's collective success

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and maximize business opportunities

Represent the Sales Group at Executive Management level and contribute to overall Company strategy

Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability and ensure effectiveness in relation to supporting the sale strategy.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Collaborate with other executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiatives

Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to provide accurate and timely information to senior leadership

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales within localization
