We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Sales-Operations to join our team!
As an Assistant Manager, Sales-Operations , we rely on you to:
- Assist Senior Director, Sales - Operations (Singapore) with Sales Operations functions including all business activities and processes that help the sales organisation run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives
- Provides Sales Operations support including sales tools, administration, technology, workflow processes to the sales team
- Assist in implementing effective standards and procedures and any other administrative duties
- Responsible for the production of reports for the management of goal setting, sales performance production, incentive plan, market research and other reports to support the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Assist with the development, implementation and driving of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process effciencies.
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, colleagues and employees
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for non-Commercial Sales, Operations
- Is proficient in MS Office especially Excel
- Has strong data analytical skills
- Is detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Opera and/or Delphi systems will be an advantage
- Has relevant experience in similar capacity or revenue management
- Able to develop and maintains close working relationships with various hotel departments and HQ
