Summary

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team at Anytime Fitness. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring sound financial management and strategic planning to support our mission of enhancing global self-esteem.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including IFRS.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
Manage cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.
Lead corporate accounting functions and ensure accurate financial records.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth through sound financial practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, corporate accounting, and cost control measures.
Expertise in financial modeling and analysis with a focus on strategic planning.
Familiarity with IFRS standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
