Zilliant is looking for a high-performing individual to join our Revenue Operations team. You will help shape sales strategy, operations, systems, and processes for the global GTM revenue team.
What You’ll Do:
- Help build and advance revenue and sales operations tools for the GTM team
- Work closely with the GTM team to streamline processes and drive efficiency
- Design and implement process automations, workflows, custom objects, and dashboards to enhance sales performance
- Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance within GTM tools
- Troubleshoot operational issues, propose changes to systems and processes to improve efficiency, and coordinate with external consultants as needed
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into pipeline health, forecasting, and other sales performance metrics
- Provide ad hoc KPI reporting for business reviews and deliver insights to inform strategic business decisions

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations at SaaS companies
- Flexible, fast learner who can problem-solve and thrive in an agile work environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally, plan, manage, and deliver on multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously (familiarity with JIRA is a plus)
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred or extensive Salesforce admin experience; understanding of APEX and SQL languages is a plus
- Strong experience with sales and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, RingLead)
- Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
