What You'll Own
As our Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator—aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (CS) to drive predictable growth. You'll roll up your sleeves to build systems, optimize processes, and execute key RevOps functions, all while shaping the long-term strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly and impact is immediate, this role is for you.
This role also oversees Marketing Operations, ensuring that lead attribution, campaign performance tracking, and tech stack integration are optimized to drive revenue growth. You'll work cross-functionally with the Marketing team to align efforts with Sales and CS, making sure every dollar spent on acquisition translates into scalable revenue.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Revenue Strategy & Alignment – Align Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to maximize revenue and customer retention.
✔ Marketing Operations Oversight – Ensure lead attribution, pipeline visibility, and campaign reporting are accurate and drive real business outcomes.
✔ Data & Analytics – Own forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue insights to drive decision-making.
✔ Compensation & Incentives – Design and optimize commission and bonus plans across Sales and CS.
✔ CRM & Tech Stack Management – Own HubSpot CRM strategy and ensure seamless integration across GTM teams.
✔ Process Optimization – Streamline lead handoffs, deal flow, and account transitions for a frictionless customer experience.
✔Player/Coach Execution – Operate at both strategic and tactical levels—jumping in to troubleshoot CRM issues, analyze performance data, or fine-tune workflows as needed.
✔ Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and scalability.

✅ What You Bring
✔ 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth, fast-moving startup.
✔ Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge—from setup and automation to reporting and integrations.
✔ Experience designing and managing compensation models for Sales and CS teams.
✔Deep understanding of revenue operations within a digital marketing services or SaaS company (preferred).
✔ Marketing Ops experience—understanding lead attribution, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
✔ Strong analytical skills—you love digging into numbers to drive strategy.
✔ A player/coach mindset—you're comfortable both setting strategy and executing tactically.
✔ Clear, concise communication and a highly cross-functional approach.
