ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic CRO Operations Support professional to assist the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring seamless execution of revenue strategies. This role is pivotal in managing data analytics, streamlining processes, and supporting cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operational Support for CRO: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the revenue organization, including scheduling, reporting, and strategy execution.

Revenue Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key revenue metrics, sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts. Provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.

CRM & Tools Management: Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and optimization of CRM (NetSuite) and other revenue tech stack tools.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue-driving initiatives.

Project Management: Assist in planning and executing strategic projects related to revenue operations, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategy.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs, quotas, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.

Market & Competitive Insights: Gather and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform revenue strategies.

Other Duties as Assigned to support the CRO and revenue operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or other revenue intelligence tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.

Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth industries is a plus.
