Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations.
- Develop and manage cash flow strategies to support operational needs, including working capital management and project financing.
- Monitor the company’s financial health, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, and cost control.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction project accounting, cost management, and financial reporting in a construction environment.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management strategies.
- Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and accounting tools (e.g., Procore, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
