Who We Are
Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.
We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.
In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals - supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than ten million patient visits per month are powered by Heidi worldwide.
Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
The Role
The GTM Systems Specialist supports the execution and operational reliability of Heidi’s global revenue systems. Working closely with global RevOps, regional Sales and Customer Success leaders, and GTM Engineers, this role ensures HubSpot and adjacent GTM tooling operate smoothly in-market while remaining aligned with global standards.
This role supports regional execution and enablement, while partnering on global system architecture to ensure that structural decisions are informed by in-market reality and implemented in a way that scales cleanly across regions. The objective is to ensure GTM teams can move quickly and effectively, without compromising the integrity of the global revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
- Regional Revenue Systems Operations
- Administer HubSpot and adjacent GTM tooling for the region within global guardrails.
- Support configuration of pipelines, views, routing rules, and workflows in line with defined global standards.
- Maintain day-to-day system stability and resolve regional configuration issues.
- Act as the in-time-zone operational owner for CRM-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Workflow, Routing & Process Execution
- Implement and maintain lead routing, task automation, and sales workflows.
- Ensure adherence to lifecycle rules, territory logic, and governance frameworks.
- Support CPQ/CLM and deal desk workflows operationally at the regional level.
- Prevent process drift by reinforcing standards and flagging inconsistencies.
- Data Integrity & Hygiene Support
- Execute regional data hygiene initiatives (deduplication, field cleanup, enrichment support).
- Monitor routing accuracy, workflow performance, and queue health.
- Maintain data quality within existing data models (no schema ownership).
- Escalate systemic issues to the Revenue Operations Lead where required.
- Tooling Enablement & Regional Support
- Support onboarding and access management for GTM tooling.
- Configure outbound tooling, enrichment tools, and integrations regionally.
- Build regional dashboards and operational reports (non-executive).
- Reduce ad hoc disruptions by maintaining structured intake and support processes.
- Continuous Improvement & Regional Feedback Loop
- Maintain clear documentation for lifecycle rules, routing logic, and core workflows.
- Establish structured intake and prioritisation processes to reduce ad hoc requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and rep experience.
- Feed regional learnings back into Global RevOps for potential global rollout.
- Gather feedback from Sales and CS to improve system usability.
- Support regional innovation within defined system guardrails.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HubSpot operator. Confident with pipelines, lifecycle, routing, workflows, and permissions in a high-growth environment.
- Systems-first mindset. Understands how configuration decisions impact pipeline, forecasting, and GTM execution.
- Detail-driven and governance-aware. Keeps systems clean, structured, and aligned without slowing teams down.
- Practical problem solver. Able to diagnose issues quickly and stabilise systems under pressure.
- Data fluent. Able to interpret reporting, spot inconsistencies, and improve operational visibility.
- Clear communicator. Works effectively with Sales, CS, and RevOps stakeholders.
- Tool-agnostic and technically comfortable. Experience with outbound platforms, enrichment tools, and integrations is highly desirable.
What do we believe in?
Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership.
- Live Forever - Every release moves care forward: measured, safe, and built to last. Data guides us, but patients define the truth that matters.
- Practice Ownership - Decisions follow logic and proof, not hierarchy. Exceptional care demands exceptional standards in our work, our thinking, and our character.
- Small Cuts Heal Faster - Stability earns trust, speed delivers impact. Progress is about learning fast without breaking what people depend on.
- Make others better - Feedback is direct, kindness is constant, and excellence lifts everyone. Our success is measured by collective growth, not individual output.
Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering.
