Sales Operations Specialist, Trade Channel (Hybrid – Mississauga or St. Thomas, ON Office)!

In this role, you will provide critical support to the Trade Channel by developing strategies that enable and optimize sales performance. You will play a direct role in delivering sales tools, data analysis, and insights while also driving efficiencies through process simplification. Additionally, you will lead business intelligence efforts, gather insights, and manage trade sales operational activities to enhance channel presence—leveraging our strong portfolio of brands to drive growth and increase market share.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Operations Specialist, Trade Channel, you will support the Trade Sales team by managing key sales programs, providing insights, and improving processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Trade Customer Support & Reporting

Standardize Trade Customer Reviews and support Sales Leads with relevant data.

Assist with the Monthly and Quarterly Trade Executive Reviews

Analyze housing reports and compare them with MCL Rough-in data.

Agency support and collaboration
Sales Programs & Data Management
-
Lead COOP Programs and communicate updates regularly.

Oversee Trade Display Process Management.

Monitor and update Trade RCCM, KPIs, and Agency KPI reports monthly.

Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to generate and review Trade sales reports.
Business Intelligence & Strategic Support

Manage metrics and analytics to ensure the right reports and dashboards are available for leadership and sales teams.

Work with Trade Sales teams to identify risks and opportunities.

Support Delta & Brizo program management, collaborating with Sales, Finance, RSMs, and BDMs.

Develop a repository for sales programs and presentations.
Sales Operations & Event Management

Track and update the Sales Events & Activities Calendar.

Monitor the COOP approval process.
-
Perform other trade-related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring!

3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Trade Channel Management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with big data sets, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.

High level of collaboration and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales (Trade, Retail), Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering.

Advanced presentation skills, including the ability to create impactful content and deliver executive-level summaries.

Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Agility and adaptability to navigate changing business needs and drive continuous improvement.

Passion for delivering results with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Experience managing sales programs, reporting metrics, and optimizing processes to support business growth.

Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms is an asset.

Advanced Microsoft Applications user (Excel, PowerPoint, and others)
