The Sales Operations Manager (SOM) will play a vital role in the development of the overall strategy for the commercial organization, sales compensation plan, forecasting, and operational performance KPI’s. The SOM will oversee communication, execution and analysis of the sales strategy and its execution, reporting metrics, reporting structures and related business processes. The SOM will investigate technological infrastructure and advise on new technologies.
The SOM will manage Dynamics-365 / Tableau platform, CRM Analyst functions and effectively lead the sales analytics team.
Additionally, the SOM will work cross functionally with Field Sales, Inside Sales, DSO Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, product and Finance to ensure initiatives are aligned, quantified and reports generated to provide actionable insights regarding effectiveness and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Data Analytics or related area.
- Must possess an understanding of medical device or related industry experience. Dental knowledge is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in all aspects of Sales Operations, from data entry and data cleansing to analytics, sales strategy and reporting A high level of competence in SAP or comparable Business Intelligence tools and Dynamics365 or comparable CRM tools
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills required with the ability to translate BA/BI into actionable insights
- Managerial/People management experience strongly preferred.
