Background
This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving Business Operations function. This role is often 'all things to all people' so this role can provide excellent career development opportunities. As Business Operations Administrator, you will be working within the Business Operations team supporting all staff in all areas of their role, working In collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, shape and Implement effective people strategies.
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience working within a People role previously providing effective people management skills
- A strong customer service ethic.
- A strong communicator both written and spoken.
- Great organisational skills

Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Support the Business Operations Team with various projects and Initiatives which will enable you to build your skills beyond the core role, such as the support of our Wellbeing strategy
- Assist with the issuance and management of screening checks
- Assist with full employee lifecycle process administration from recruitment to onboarding to offboarding
- Supporting the continual development of a learning culture across the business
- Working with line managers to assist with delivery of training plans for team members
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures to provide support for Business Operations projects
- Ensuring company certification Is kept up to date through training plans
- You will play a key role in supporting staff engagement
- Assisting with general office management
- Ad hoc work as required by the Head of Business Operations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
