We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Ex-Founder with a strong background in GTM (Go-To-Market), Sales Strategy, and Operations. The ideal candidate has successfully built and scaled businesses from 0 to 1 and has experience in either B2B SAAS or B2C environments. A deep understanding of sales execution, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency is a must.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Sales & Business Development: Lead sales initiatives, build partnerships, and drive strategic alliances.
Operations Management: Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
0 to 1 Scaling: Take new products or business lines from concept to execution, ensuring sustainable growth.
Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in sales and operations.
Market Analysis: Conduct deep market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
Revenue Growth: Design and implement strategies to accelerate revenue and enhance profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree from IIT, VIT, BITS, NIT, or other premium engineering institutions.
Proven track record in GTM execution, sales strategy, and scaling operations.
Experience working in either B2B and B2C domains.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive tangible results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
