Position Overview
The Sales Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies. This individual will be responsible for various tasks including data analysis, CRM management, and coordination between different departments to facilitate the sales process.
Responsibilities Of The Sales Operations Associate
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, providing support in areas such as lead management, sales reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate and timely data.
- Monitor CRM system for data integrity, ensuring all sales activities and customer interactions are properly documented.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for sales operations.
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Operations Associate:
- MUST have used Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Servicing customers, including handling complex and high-stakes cases with care and professionalism.
- Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights for decision-making.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Operations Associate:
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for customer escalations and ensuring seamless communication
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
