We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Data Analytics and CRM team. You will play a key role in ensuring effective operations and continuous improvement of our CRM and CPQ platform. This position involves needs analysis, troubleshooting issues, identifying and implementing solutions, configuring the system and creating documentation. You will be responsible for solution design, configuration of Salesforce, and overall functional implementation and usability of systems. You will be a liaison between technical and non-technical team members to ensure all deliverables meet the business needs.
What you'll be doing
- Refine business requests to understand requirements, scope and impact in order to identify system improvements or gaps
- Investigate root cause, troubleshoot and resolve system issues with efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure data integrity by following data governance best practices, working collaboratively with data analysts to assess impact of new process design on the data structure and test the accuracy of data during implementation
- Design, build and deploy automated Salesforce processes using Flows, Process Builders and Triggers
- Successfully complete systems configuration like Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules and alerts
- Configure and maintain CPQ processes to support quoting, pricing and packaging, including product configuration, pricing, discounting and approval rules
- Optimise Salesforce functionality by identifying and documenting system deficiencies and recommending solutions;
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, etc. to prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations;
- Communicate project status to management, and elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors;
- Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope;
- Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and quality;
- Monitor, coordinate and support Salesforce (and integrated systems), user support.
What you need to be successful
- Strong experience (3-5 years) in managing complex Salesforce ORGs
- Salesforce Certifications preferred (Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ)
- Strong experience with technical Salesforce administration (custom objects, flows, process builder, formulas)
- Experience working with deeply automated Salesforce processes (flows, process builders, triggers) and with multiple integrations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and departments, in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding and have the ability to translate technical issues across different business units
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business needs
- Experience owning projects from beginning to end
- Be meticulous about documentation and technical translations
- Experience in managing large datasets and a strong understanding of data management and database concepts
