Our leading Consulting client are looking for a talented, motivated and resourceful individual to take responsibility for the Sales Operations of this growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Define change agenda across all parts of the business including but not restricted to: service excellence programs; training requirements; marketing / brand-building; CRM plans; communications; client feedback.
- Help identify and map out new markets as well as grow and develop existing practice areas in line with the current strategy and contribute towards the evolution of this growth strategy with new ideas and perspectives.
- Working closely with the Business Development strategy to support the delivery of all outputs throughout the firm and ensuring that these processes are as efficient as possible.
- Provide meaningful management information to allow informed business decisions.
- Contribute effectively to the production of reports from companies and institutions on relevant industry trends, statistics and changes, including DEI and Salary benchmarking.
- Help drive the company’s DEI philosophy and promote CSR strategies.
- Manage and develop performance metrics across the firm, with the ability to analyse and make recommendations.
The following skills / experience is required:
- Background to include Operations, Internal Recruitment, CRM management.
- Previously worked in Recruitment / Staffing industry
- Resourceful nature
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
