About The Role
As a
Sr. Analyst – Sales GTM Ops Analytics, you will provide analytical support to Insight’s Sales GTM Strategy efforts. We will count on you to be a key contributor on the team to structure and maintain the Sales GTM structure (account segmentation, roles, coverage, territory planning) at Insight. Along the way, you will get to:
- Build and maintain a data repository along with a suite of reports for account segmentation, roles, coverage and territory management; supporting the GTM Strategy team.
- Serve as the data steward for all account and sales GTM characteristics data points on which account segmentation and coverage structure is built out.
- Act as point of engagement with other Data Management, BI and analytics team within Insight.
- Provide financial reporting, analysis and planning support to finance and sales leadership
- Own the creation and distribution of value-added management reporting on sales data, territory and coverage planning

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working in querying and analytical tools like SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
- Advanced Excel skills, importing data from external data sources and manipulating in Excel via formulas, macros, VBA, pivot tables, other
- At least 10 years of work experience in a combination of sales strategy, sales planning operations, or management consulting
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales GTM planning and/or operations
- Top tier BA/BS; MBA a plus.
