Responsibilities:
- Analysing multiple reports and taking action basis the analysis
- Data Research on distributors in the geography.
- Working on increasing the distribution strength of the company via sales team
- Working on increasing the productivity of the sales team
- Getting the desired improvement in the quality of distribution
- Working closely with the trade marketing team to improve the efficiency
- Analysis of the trade marketing inputs and chalking out the suggested inputs for future
- SKU-wise price mapping, market mapping, and competitive analysis
- Working on various projects to get the desired output
This is a head office-based role, 2-4 days of market working in a month might be needed to bring the required results.
