The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate should possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Cash Flow and Risk Management:
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Manage the company’s capital structure and optimize funding strategies for projects and working capital needs.
Accounting and Compliance:
- Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as real estate industry-specific financial regulations.
- Manage the audit process and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- Prepare and Review Financial Statements according to Ind AS.
- CA with 22 plus years of experience in Accounts operations
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
- Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and managing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, investment analysis, and risk management.
