About the Team:
The
Sales Operations Specialist - Planning focuses on supporting the detailed execution of workload plans, ensuring tasks are prioritized, balanced, and well-documented for Pandora's North American retail stores. This role partners closely with the Workload Planning Specialist and cross-functional teams to execute workload strategies, optimize task organization, and facilitate flawless store operations
Your Role as a Sales Operation Specialist – Planning:
Workload Execution Support:
- Support the Workload Planning Specialist in implementing the workload calendar, ensuring timely and detailed input of tasks.
- Review and validate workload submissions for clarity, completeness, and alignment with operational timelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve immediate workload conflicts and refine task requirements.
Task Coordination:
- Coordinate with field leadership and home office teams to ensure tasks are entered accurately and in advance of execution deadlines.
- Track workload adjustments and changes, communicating updates to field teams as needed.
Workload Calendar Maintenance:
- Maintain and update task lists and workload calendars, ensuring alignment with key event plans and quarterly priorities.
- Assist in monitoring adherence to workload plans, providing ongoing feedback to improve execution consistency.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Serve as a point of contact for task-related questions, liaising between the Workload Planning Specialist, field leaders, and home office teams.
- Support workload reporting by gathering execution feedback and highlighting process improvement opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in program management, customer experience, or operational roles. Required skills

New York City Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
