Role overview
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales team's performance by refining processes, managing data, and providing strategic insights. You'll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, customer success, and finance to improve reporting, forecasting, and overall sales efficiency.
Day to day responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and conversion rates
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support automation
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota setting
- Sales Enablement Support: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to improve performance and efficiency.
- Compensation & Incentives: Support the administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on lead scoring, customer success on handoffs, and finance on revenue tracking
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, forecasting techniques, and pipeline managementAbility to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making
- Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) is a plus
