Title: Salesforce CPQ Architect (OTC Champion)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Q2C solutions.
- Define and architect the end-to-end QTC process leveraging Salesforce, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and our unique business needs.
- Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related quotes to cash modules to design and implement a robust and scalable solution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, sales, finance, and IT teams to understand complex pricing models, contract processes, and revenue management needs.
- Configure and optimize product catalog, pricing rules, discounting models, approvals, renewals, and amendments within Salesforce CPQ.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CPQ, Billing, ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
- Architect scalable solutions that support subscription-based, usage-based, and one-time pricing models.
- Define best practices for contract lifecycle management (CLM), revenue recognition, invoicing, and subscription billing.
- Implement automation, workflows, and approval processes to streamline sales-to-cash cycles.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and governance for CPQ & Q2C implementations.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, Q2C innovations, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- 8 - 12 years of extensive experience with CPQ applications (in Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ such as Conga etc.) and has hands-on experience including simple and advanced configuration, and integration.
- Sounds Experience QTC processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Revenue Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with product configuration, pricing rules, discounting strategies, renewals, and amendments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist mandatory. Salesforce Application Architect or relevant certifications are highly desirable
