Co-Founder / Head of GTM

Qualifications

You're in San Francisco or you're willing to relocate, you love working in-person, and you're serious about joining us to build a culture we'll all love
A founder's mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, ideally with 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in AI with an enterprise SaaS twist, who will own our commercial strategy from the ground up
Leadership experience and the ability to work side-by-side with the Founder, taking ownership of GTM strategies and execution
Track Record of Closing Deals: Demonstrable success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing major enterprise accounts
Industry Network a PLUS: Relationships with major banks, A/R Financing or finance companies is a strong plus
Strategic Mindset: Ability to define growth roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, and pivot quickly
Startup DNA: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Eager to wear multiple hats and build systems from scratch
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating early-stage startup dynamics
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
You thrive when you have autonomy, own as many of the details as possible, and project manage your work
A high degree of skin in the game, fueled by ambition and the drive to excel
This role is perfect for someone with a solid sales background, who has either been a founder before or aspires to reach that level by showcasing their ability to drive measurable impact in a high-growth environment
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Working closely with the technical founder, you’ll also guide product roadmaps to align with real-world demand
This role goes beyond just sales—you’ll be a key decision-maker, helping shape company culture and the overall direction
Participate in fundraising efforts, pitch meetings, and investor updates
Recruit and mentor future members of the business development and sales teams

Responsibilities

As the Head of GTM, you will work directly with the Founder to scale our enterprise adoption and amplify our market impact
In addition, this role demands a willingness to adapt to a highly immersive environment, including potentially living or co-working closely with the founder during critical phases of growth
This hands-on collaboration is essential to move quickly, solve complex problems, and execute with precision
Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with our objectives
Create frameworks for scaling product-market fit, customer acquisition, and market expansion
Design effective sales and marketing motions to maximize alignment with market demands
Partnership Development
Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders
Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver value for all stakeholders
Sales Leadership
Lead efforts to penetrate new markets and deepen existing customer relationships
Provide mentorship and strategic insights to drive revenue and long-term growth
