Operating in this high-performance culture, you will play a key role in supporting the investment team to achieve exceptional performance for the firm's investors and the businesses within the existing portfolio.
You will be adept at getting the best out of CRM systems to make sure the team are on top of all their priorities (tracking interactions, running reports and measuring KPIs to ensure they are on top of their team goals)
The ideal candidate will have a background in providing top-level assistance for demanding executives, ideally within an entrepreneurial or fast-growth setting. Support to a sales or business development function would be useful as there are a various transferable skills which could be extremely relevant from these areas.
Responsibilities
- Proactive, responsive calendar management for investment team including Co-Founder
- Updating, tracking and running reports within the CRM (Affinity)
- Aid investment team in preparing for meetings (drafting slides and coordinating travel logistics) to deadline and within budget
- Upgrading existing admin and operational processes including looking at existing workflow and implementing improvements, including to software (or managing add-ons) where appropriate
- Assisting with special projects and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of work experience in a demanding, very fast-paced environment in business /sales administration, project coordination or operations consulting
- Demonstrable project coordination / project management experience (client/external facing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google suite, Zoom PLUS productivity or automation software (Trello, Slack, Notion, Monday, Power Automate or equivalents)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong problem-solving skills which will be tested at interview in a series of case studies
- Dedicated to self-improvement - continually raising the bar with ambitious goal-setting
