[Role overview]
As a key leader within our Business Operations function, you will oversee the delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects for government and private sector clients. Reporting into the leadership team, you will be instrumental in scaling our operations, embedding agile best practices, and ensuring that esynergy’s delivery teams consistently deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute esynergy’s delivery strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Operational Management: Establish and maintain scalable delivery frameworks and integrate best practices to optimise project delivery.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and robust contract retention.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance of internal and associate teams to guarantee projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring full compliance with sector regulations and internal policies.
Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Business Growth: Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

Proven experience in leading delivery operations with a focus on operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of procurement frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements.
A strong track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Expertise in agile delivery methodologies with the adaptability to meet diverse customer requirements.
Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively across multiple projects.
