Aromaaz is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, business development and team handling preferably from IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, or the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
· Identify and onboard new business clients through effective networking and lead generation.
· Handle client queries, team queries concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
· Prepare and present sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to management.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Key Requirements:
· 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, or business development and team Handling .
· Preferred industry background: IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, Insurance sector.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
