Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including Accounting, cash flow management, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Optimize working capital, manage currency risk, and ensure efficient capital allocation.
- Implement cost-control measures to improve margins in IT services and product lines.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements across regions.
- Lead audits (internal and external) and ensure timely, accurate audit reports.
- Manage corporate governance, ensuring ethical financial practices and transparency in all reporting.
Stakeholder Relations
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Lead treasury strategy and operations including investment, debt financing, and M&A activities, as needed.
- Prepare financial presentations for board meetings, investors, and potential stakeholders.
Business Performance & Profitability
- Analyze financial performance across various business verticals (IT services, SaaS products, etc.) and recommend
optimization strategies.
- Prepare and produce industry level FP&A including competitor analysis, industry direction etc.
- Partner with business leaders to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Technology & Process Automation
- Drive automation and digital transformation within the finance function using Zoho and other financial tools.
- Implement robust financial reporting systems and dashboards for real-time insights.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
Requirements: 10+ years in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the IT/ITES services sector.
Experience managing global financial operations across multiple countries.
▪ Strong knowledge/aptitude of financial planning tools, ERP systems and BI tools.
▪ Familiarity with Services metrics – utilization, per person revenue etc., IT/ITES services billing models, and project accounting.
▪ Strong understanding of tax compliance, transfer pricing, and regulatory frameworks in IT/ITES services
▪ Strong leadership and team management skills.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and problem-solving abilities.
