What you’ll do:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our ambitious growth objectives and expansion plans.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Establish and oversee a robust sales forecasting and reporting framework.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain financial controls, tools, and procedures to safeguard assets and optimise operations.
- Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with the executive team to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive strategic decisions.
- Investor Relations: Oversee investor communications and engagement, fostering transparency and trust.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities across international jurisdictions
- Team Leadership: Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
- Profitability & Risk Mitigation: Drive initiatives to enhance profitability, mitigate risks, and maximise shareholder value.
What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a high-growth venture or PE backed organisation, ideally in wealthtech, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Executive experience with SaaS business models and associated revenue recognition
- Strong track record of scaling businesses and navigating financial complexities associated with global entry and expansion.
- Expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial and commercial processes, systems and compliance, with a focus on scalability and operational excellence.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and lead cross functionally to realise change and results
