You will be responsible for professionalising the finance function, sharpening performance visibility, elevating forecasting and KPI discipline, and ensuring the business is operationally and strategically primed for continued scale.

- Implement robust financial controls, processes, systems, and reporting cadence suitable for a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strengthen forecasting, budgeting, working capital management, and cash control.
Commercial Growth Partnering
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team.
- Drive insights that fuel organic ARR growth, improve pricing, reduce churn, and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Build and track the SaaS metrics that matter: NRR, GRR, CAC payback, cohort analysis, unit economics, etc.
Value Creation & M&A
- Collaborate with investors to deliver the PE value-creation plan.
- Lead financial due diligence, integration, and synergy capture for future acquisitions.
- Prepare the business for future exit (trade sale, secondary buyout, or IPO readiness).
- Board & Investor Management
- Own Board-level reporting, investor communications, and KPI frameworks.
- Be the primary point of contact for the PE sponsor on financial and operational performance.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a high‑calibre CFO who brings:

- Experience leading and integrating M&A transactions.
- UK‑based, with a preference for London.
Leadership & Personal Attributes
- Commercial, analytical, and highly strategic.
- Hands-on operator who can roll up their sleeves while building structure and discipline.
- Strong gravitas and credibility in front of Boards, investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative; a genuine partner to the CEO and wider executive team.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-change, PE-backed environments.
