Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure cost control and revenue optimization.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and presentations for the board and stakeholders.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements.
Cash Flow & Investment Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions to optimize financial performance.
Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency.
Audit & Taxation: Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for compliance and reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with investors, banks, and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize capital structure.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the media, entertainment, or music industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and taxation.
Expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
