Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Head to oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified professional, with extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, experience as a Finance Controller is mandatory. The CFO will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the overall business growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Mandatory: Experience as a Finance Controller.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, corporate finance, and financial regulations.
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
