Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and
operations of the institution. The CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, and
compliance while providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the institution’s financial strategy in alignment with business
objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audits.
Manage and optimize financial processes, including cost control and resource allocation.
Lead financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on financial data and
analysis.
Oversee fundraising, investments, and financial partnerships.
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies.
Drive process improvements and financial efficiency across departments.
Requirements:
CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the
education sector.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
Proficiency in financial software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
