Position Overview:
Spearhead the strategic initiatives and operational transformations that drive wholesale excellence, elevate brand standards & ensure cohesive global messaging. In close collaboration with key stakeholders from Brand, Product, Planning, and beyond, this pivotal role orchestrates the conception, execution, and dissemination of holistic Go to Market strategies. Inclusive of seasonal and foundational tools, this role oversees the key implementation across wholesale touchpoints, spanning pre-season, market, and in-season milestones.
What You'll Do:

Drive Wholesale Strategy: Lead the development, production, and execution of holistic wholesale strategies aligned with overarching global business objectives and brand vision. Drive operational transformations that streamline processes and optimize efficiency across the GTM lifecycle.
- Champion the GTM Design & Production:
- Spearhead the strategic redesign of Go to Market tools & processes, optimizing key deliverables and timelines to elevate operational efficiency and uphold brand benchmarks.

Project Manage the development & centralized dissemination of wholesale sales tools/assets, and the facilitation of marquee workshops in support of seasonal and foundational learnings.

Benchmark Standards and Expectations: Establish benchmark standards and performance expectations for wholesale teams, setting clear guidelines for excellence in execution and customer engagement. Monitor performance against established benchmarks and provide feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Cultivate symbiotic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and maximize opportunities, while effectively managing internal and external relationships to meet wholesale goals & timelines.

Strategic Direction & Insights: Provide senior leadership with strategic guidance and insights derived from data analytics and market trends, enabling informed decision-making processes and driving sustainable brand penetration across global Wholesale.
Let's Talk About You:

5+ years’ work experience, with proven track record of process/project management experience, ideally at another apparel company or retailer

Proven ability to lead a Go-To-Market process (process management, materials creation, workshop facilitation, cross-functional engagement, executive-level interaction)

Proven ability to manage large projects covering multiple departments/stakeholders

An undergraduate degree in a discipline that teaches quantitative analysis, critical thinking, effective communication, and people leadership (e.g., Business). MBA considered an asset.

Formal people leadership / management experience considered an asset

Ability to lead and inspire others to action, even in scenarios without formal authority

Strategic thinker- can understand ‘the big picture’ and exercise good business judgment

Excels at managing large projects spanning multiple departments and stakeholders

Meticulous, organized, and able to lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals

Strong facilitator with the ability tohelp broker robust dialogue and discussion on important topics with executive level audiences

Excellent communicator and can easily synthesize ideas and share with others (both working-level and executive-level audiences)

Able to collaborate with other functions/business leaders on complex problems and business issues

Creative problem solver who can structure, break down, and solve complex business issues

Analytical mindset and is able to draw conclusions from large and/or complex data sources (both qualitative and quantitative data sets)
